The Sopranis apartment comprises a spacious living room with a practical kitchenette, one comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom — equipped with a telephone, a PC and satellite TV. It's offered on the same bed-and-breakfast basis as the hotel's own rooms and sleeps up to six guests.

Palazzo Sopranis

There is a genuine, documented Palazzo Sopranis in Genoa's historic centre — also recorded as Palazzo Sopranis Peirano — standing between Via dei Giustiniani and Piazza Valoria, a short walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. Built in the 16th century, it's noted by local sources as the only palazzo in the old town free-standing on all four sides, with faded Genoese-school frescoes across its facades — Roman emperors and warriors alternating with putti, allegorical virtues and heraldic arms — put there to celebrate the Sopranis family, one of the merchant dynasties of Genoa's "golden age".

We can't independently confirm this is the same building the apartment's name refers to — no address for it was ever given. The location fits, though: like Palazzo Cicala, it sits only a few steps from Piazza San Lorenzo, similar to the Duomo apartment's own position facing the Cathedral. Treat the connection as plausible rather than confirmed.
