The apartments

Alongside the hotel's own rooms, Locanda di Palazzo Cicala's archived site described five individually named apartments, spread across different historic buildings in the network rather than all under one roof. Here's what the archived pages genuinely said about each, plus the amenities described as standard across the apartments.

Ducale Apartment

4th floor, no lift — a recently-restored 17th-century building with frescoed, high vaulted ceilings, a mezzanine level and a kitchenette, facing Palazzo Ducale. Sleeps up to 4.

Duomo Apartment

The only one of the five apartments inside the palazzo itself, on the 3rd floor, its living area facing Piazza San Lorenzo and the Cathedral directly. Two bedrooms — a double and a twin with its own bathroom — plus a separate bathroom, a sofa and a computer with internet.

Giustiniani Apartment

Three separate apartments (1st, 5th and 6th floors) inside a former Rolli-system palazzo commissioned by Cardinal Vincenzo Giustiniani — each with a TV, mini-bar fridge and cooking facilities, daily cleaning, and breakfast served at Palazzo Cicala itself.

Imperiale Apartment

In Via di Scurreria, within a palazzo built 1555–1560 for Vincenzo Imperiale — one minute's walk from Piazza San Lorenzo. A double room plus a twin on its own mezzanine, with a spacious living area, cooking facilities and a mini-bar fridge.

Sopranis Apartment

First floor, reached by lift — unlike the stairs-only Ducale. A living room, kitchenette and one bedroom, equipped with a PC and satellite TV, sleeping up to 6.
