In its later years (post-2013), the property used a self-check-in model: guests received an access code and collected keys from an envelope system rather than meeting reception in person, with a check-in window of 2pm–10pm and check-out by 11am. This is a historical operating detail, not a current, usable arrangement.
It depends on the era. In earlier years, breakfast was served in the hotel's hall; later, once the property moved to self-check-in, no breakfast was offered at all. This looks like a genuine change in how the property operated over time rather than a contradiction — both are accurate for their respective periods.
Pets were not allowed, and all rooms and public areas were strictly no-smoking.
Yes — Wi-Fi was free in both the lobby/hall and in the rooms; in earlier years it was available on request in the apartments.
