Hotel Doria

Hotel Doria occupies a building on Vico Dei Garibaldi, one of the typical narrow caruggi that thread through Genoa's old town, just steps from the grand palazzi of Via Garibaldi. Behind its historic exterior and setting, the hotel has undergone a complete interior refurbishment to a simple, modern style, deliberately contrasting with the character of the surrounding centro storico.
The hotel brands itself a "New Concept Hotel", built around keyless online check-in and an Alexa-based smart-room system that lets guests control lighting, climate and messaging from their room. It's a short walk from the Carlo Felice Theatre, the medieval historic centre and Genoa's old port.
Hotel Doria has also been working on adding a rooftop terrace with views over Genoa's rooftops.
